Pre-Booking/Booking Process:
1.Self-attested proof of Address and Pan Card copy needs to be attached along with booking form. If the booking is in joint names, then both applicants need to sign the booking form.
2.The applicants has/have inspected the location of the project and having being satisfied with the location has signed and submitted booking form to Sanjeevani Farms for booking the unit. The applicant has also read & understood the details & specifications of the project contained in the brochures provided by Sanjeevani Farms.
3.During the pre-booking/booking process, applicants must complete Booking form and pay the agreed pre-booking/booking token amount.
The entire pre-booking/booking token becomes non-refundable after:
- Conversion of pre-booking into booking,
- Selection of unit or property,
- Failure to submit a withdrawal application.
To withdraw from pre-booking/booking, a formal request must be emailed to: [email protected]
Withdrawal periods vary by project and cannot exceed the stipulated time. Late withdrawals result in forfeiting the pre-booking/booking amount, cancelling the pre-booking/booking.
For valid withdrawals, the refund amount (if applicable) is credited to the original source account within 21 working days from the receipt of the withdrawal request email. No other communication channel is considered valid.
Cancellation Policy: Post unit selection (filling booking application form), if the applicant cancels the booking, the entire amount paid up to that date is forfeited.
Any rights in the property commence only upon completion of payments as per the payment schedule & registration of Agreement of Sale/Sale Deed.
Refundable Amount: The company reserves the right to encash the refundable pre-booking/booking amount paid without prior notice.
Entitlement to avail any offer during the pre-booking/booking window or allotment window is subject to realization of the pre-booking/booking amount.
For any reason whatsoever, if Sanjeevani Farms decides not to go ahead with this Project, then such decision of Sanjeevani Farms shall be final and binding and cannot be put in question. In such a situation, Sanjeevani Farms will refund the amount paid by the applicants without any interest or compensation within three months from the date of the project not being executed.
Settlement of Disputes: Any dispute arising out of or relating the transaction shall be settled by mutual and amicable interaction failing which the same shall by mutual agreement, to be reduced into writing, be referred to Arbitration. The venue of Arbitration shall beat Bangalore under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 1996 or for legal redress in any Court of Law within the jurisdiction of Bangalore.
